The TDSB is holding a special meeting of the Board to allow the public to respond to the Wilson Report: Review of the Toronto District School Board (PDF, 875 KB). As a pilot project, the Board will be webcasting the public session of the meeting. From the Board:
This meeting is intended to provide an opportunity for members of the public to depute on the Minister’s directions in response to the Wilson Report: Review of the Toronto District School Board. This meeting will follow the regular delegation process. Those wishing to speak should contact Denisse Parra by Friday at 2 p.m. Written deputations will also be accepted.
The Toronto District School Board is committed to developing opportunities for our wider school community to connect and engage in conversations about education issues. As a pilot project, the Board will be webcasting the public session of the regular monthly Board meeting at 7pm so that parents, community members and staff can follow trustee deliberations online.
Board meeting webcasts are only available through this link from the date of the actual meeting until replaced by the next meeting’s webcast.
