Well our second week has come and gone and I have to say I am thrilled that the weather, although still lovely, has begun to cool down. This week was almost perfect autumn weather.
Last week we were fortunate enough to discover freshly cut logs at the back of St. Joe’s Hospital. Luckily the workers were happy to deliver them to our Garden yard. We now have created a wonderful science discover/reading area/outdoor classroom for all to enjoy in our Kindergarten play area.
Our first School Council Meeting will be held on Thursday September 22 at 6:30 PM in the Gym. There are many ways in which Parents can support our school from being an elected Executive of the School Council or volunteering at fund raising events or even just coming and participating in our monthly meetings. All voices are welcome!! Ms. Ferreira will be available in Room 106 for free babysitting.
