What a wonderful day of skiing for our junior students at Snow Valley!! The day was full of laughter and learning as student, teachers and parents skied the wintery slopes up near Barrie Ontario. Thank you to all the teachers and parents who braved the early morning hour and arrived at school for a 7:00 AM bus departure. Thank you to all involved with making our ski day possible and for helping to create such a positive and magnificent day for all.
TDSB and Garden Avenue will be recognizing Earth Hour 2018 - Friday, March 23rd from 2-3pm. During Earth Hour, we'll be using as little electricity as possible in the office, halls, classrooms, library and gym. Where possible, we will also be reducing our electricity usage over the weekend. Next week is March break and I do hope that everyone relaxes and enjoys spending time with their family and loved ones. Have a wonderful Holiday. We are looking forward to seeing everyone happy and healthy and ready for learning after the break.
