The Toronto South Qualifying Meets will be held at Ashbridges Bay on Thursday, October 4.
Please ensure that all participating students are at the school by 8am Thursday morning. We will be meeting in the gym.
It is important that students have a healthy breakfast and bring with them a lunch, snacks and water. Students should dress appropriately for weather. Also remember that no student will be allowed to participate without a signed permission form.
We are looking forward to a great day. Garden does not have a bus this year, due to a lack of bus availability. We will be travelling by TTC and so, need lots of volunteers. If you are able to volunteer, please let Mr. Goetz or Ms. Cox know as soon as possible.
The races will start at 10am, alternating girls and boys, by grade. It is expected that the grade 2 races will begin around 10:30am. Grade 2s will run 1km, Grade 3s will run 1.5km, Grade 4-6s will run 2km.
