On May 17th, all of our students will be participating in a STEM building day outside. Kindergarten students will be building with "beautiful junk" (recyclables), cardboard and newspaper using special MakeDo sets and masking tape to bring their ideas to life! Students in grades 1-6 will be building with upcycled and recycled loose parts, as led by Earth Day Canada. Please make sure that your child comes to school with comfortable clothing plus running shoes; a water bottle; sunscreen; a hat and a change of clothes in case of water play (if the weather is warm enough).
