Council Event

This meeting was originally scheduled for October 22nd, but due to illness it had to be postponed to Thursday, October 29.

Join us for the October School Council meeting on Thursday, October 29, at 6:30pm in the Library (on the second floor of the school). We will have childcare available. Please email gardenavenews@gmail.com to let us know the names and ages of any children that you will bring. If you have an item to add to the agenda, please email gardenavenews@gmail.com.

Please join us at the first School Council Meeting of the Year.  The meeting will be held in the Gymnasium.

You will have the opportunity to meet our new Principal Alana Hardy and participate in a Q&A.  

In addition we will be holding elections for School Council elected positions.  Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Ward 7 Reps (2), Events/Volunteer Co-ordinator.

Child care can be provided.  Please register at gardenavenews@gmail.com including the names/ages of the children requiring care.

Join us for the next council meeting on Tuesday June 9. Note that the date for this meeting was changed from Thursday 4 June to Tuesday 9 June in order to facilitate attendance and ensure a thorough budget update inclusive of the Fun Fair financials.

The next Garden School Council meeting is on Thursday 26 February 6:30 p.m. in the Teacher’s Lounge (2nd Floor). A draft agenda is available. There may be a post meeting social at Lambretta Pizzeria and Wine Bar. If you require childcare for the meeting please contact Heather Johnston.
